This course deals with the analysis of legal issues governing education both in local and national contexts. Likewise, it puts robust attention on applying educational laws to practices and situations characteristically found in educational management arena. Furthermore, the course also deals with the study of the recent education trends and reforms and their implication for national development. It includes a more in depth look at education as well as critical analysis of perennial issues in education and their implication to existing educational laws and practices, policy formulation, goals/ objectives and target identification, and the needed intervention to solve these problems.
