The Entrepreneurial Mind introduces learners to the mindset, tools, and practical frameworks essential for identifying opportunities and transforming ideas into viable ventures. The course begins with idea generation and opportunity recognition, emphasizing creative and problem-driven approaches to entrepreneurship. Learners are then introduced to effectuation principles, highlighting how entrepreneurs start with available means and adapt to uncertainty, complemented by the DISRUPT Model to understand innovation and competitive disruption.

The course further explores Customer Value Proposition (CVP) development and the use of the Business Model Canvas to systematically design, analyze, and refine business concepts. Through design thinking, students learn human-centered problem solving, rapid prototyping, and iterative validation of ideas. Foundational planning and revenue model strategies are discussed to ensure sustainability and scalability of entrepreneurial initiatives.

Finally, the course emphasizes bootstrapping for resources, equipping learners with strategies to start and grow ventures with limited capital by leveraging networks, partnerships, and creative resource management. By the end of the course, students will have developed an entrepreneurial mindset and a structured, adaptable business concept ready for real-world application.
