The NSTP is a program aimed at enhancing civic consciousness and defense preparedness in the youth by developing the ethics of service and patriotism while undergoing training in any of its program components.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY TOWARDS HEALTH AND FITNESS (PATHFIT)
CAMS

This course delivers training in fundamental movement patterns integrated with functional fitness, healthy eating principles and a physical active lifestyle. This course also provides significance on exercise regression progression to enhance fitness, transforming movement competency to self- sufficient physical activity. Students will be guided to evaluate one’s level of fitness and monitor the progress of their own fitness intention.

Course Description: 

This clinical exposure will enhance the learners skills in: 

1.    management of normal pregnancy labor and delivery, puerperium and the care of the newborn

2.    counselling in family planning and responsible parenthood

3.    intravenous insertion, vaginal examination and suturing
