This course deals with developing the students’ critical thinking and problem-solving skills through research. It includes understanding the importance of research in daily life, characteristics and kinds of research across fields; and applying the ethics in presenting a research.
By following the right steps to achieve fitness, the students will learn how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Additionally, they will chart their development using fitness objectives derived from BMI, HRF, SRF, diet, activity, heart rate, and training concepts. By the end of the first semester, learners should have demonstrated a positive improvement in the pre- and post-physical fitness assessments.
🔔 The English for Academic and Professional Purposes course deals with developing the students’ English communication skills for academic and professional purposes. It includes applying the appropriate reading strategies for a better understanding of academic texts; and the principles and uses of different oral and written discourses suited to their field of specialization.
The course deals with developing the students’ critical thinking and problem-solving skills through basic concepts of statistics, random variables and probability distributions, normal distribution, sampling and sampling distributions, estimation of parameters, tests of hypothesis, correlation and regression analyses. At the end of the course, the students will be able to determine, analyze and interpret basic concepts of statistics, random variables and probability distributions, normal distribution, sampling and sampling distributions, estimation of parameters, tests of hypothesis, correlation and regression analyses for them to be a God loving, intelligent, disciplined, creative, productive and nationalistic individuals.
